Other Ways to Support the Action Alliance

If you are a Virginia state employee, please consider making a contribution to the Action Alliance through the CVC. Our CVC Code is 200055. The Action Alliance’s CVC Charity Directory listing can be found here.

Many businesses support employees through employee giving programs and matching gifts for monetary contributions and/or for volunteer hours. If you give to the Action Alliance, your company may match it and double your impact. Check with your manager or human resources department to see if your company will match your contributions.

The Peace Begins at Home license plate is Virginia’s only license plate to help fund prevention of sexual and domestic violence. Proceeds from the sale of each license plate (new or renewals) go to our Building Healthy Futures Fund. This fund was created to establish a statewide revenue source for local sexual and domestic violence agencies to implement evidence-informed prevention programming to disrupt the interpersonal and social conditions that give rise to sexual and intimate partner violence.
