Responds to and documents all calls to the Virginia Family Violence & Sexual Assault Hotline; ensures the delivery of effective and timely services to Sexual and Domestic Violence Advocacy Agencies that contract with the statewide hotline; conducts follow-up with callers who identify domestic violence and sexual assault as primary issues.
