This conference has been approved by the Office on Violence Against Women.

This comprehensive, highly-interactive training provides an essential foundation for expert witnesses in domestic violence cases.

By attending the training, participants will gain:

§ critical skills needed to be an expert witness in domestic violence cases;
§ insight into the ethical issues involved with being an expert witness;
§ knowledge about the legal environment in which expert witnesses work; and
§ fluency of the issues involved in testifying.
