Each year, the Action Alliance Training Institute trains over 1,000 professionals working in the fields of sexual and domestic violence. The Virginia Sexual & Domestic Violence Training Institute was established in 1996 to meet the ongoing demand for education and training presented by professionals working in sexual and domestic violence programs as well as those working in allied fields. Contracted faculty members and staff trainers come from various professional backgrounds and provide high quality training on an array of topics and develop new trainings as trend/needs emerge.
Registration - Advanced registration and payment is required for all trainings and due no later than 72 hours before the event. Participants can register online with credit card information.

Confirmations and directions will be sent via email for fax.
Cancellation Policy - Participants who cancel earlier than 72 hous (this includes evening, weekends and holidays) prior to the event will receive a refund minus a $15 processing fee. Cancellations for any reason that are within 72 hours of a training will receive a refund minus a $15 processing fee and a $20 per training day for site costs.
To avoid cancelling a registration, participants may transfer a registration to another individual at no additional cost.
Should the Action Alliance need to cancel a training (due to weather emergencies or other reasons) refunds will be processed within 14 days.
